Here's to a MUCH better 2021.

This free January 31 day mindfulness challenge is to help start the year focusing on your mental wellbeing.

Over the next month entrants will receive a short daily email focusing on Mindfulness and Gratitude, tasking you with something that helps you to gain more clarity and control over your mental wellbeing.

Our mental health is just as important as our physical health, when one is not 100%, it has a knock on effect on the other, so it's super important to get a good balance of both.

Emails will arrive in your inbox between 8am and 10am each day.

You don't have to do each daily challenge, this isn't about adding additional pressure, but it is about getting you to better place your own well-being at the centre of your day.

It is about enjoyment and fun, so read the challenges and do what you can, and WANT to.
